The management of Etisalat expects Saka to port back regarding as his actions as making a great mistake. Hafiz Oyetoro (CEO of etisalat) speaking to news men was of the view that Saka made a terrible mistake and are ready to take him back. “Saka made a terrible mistake, we believe he is on a break and we are ready
to welcome him back at anytime if he wants to come back,” he reportedly said.
He also went on to speak about the MNP, stating that the Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC), has created healthy competition among telecom operators.
“MNP is not meant for every subscriber because more than 50 per cent of Nigerian telecoms consumers have one or more SIM cards,” he said.
“For those who have had their numbers for long time, it gives them the opportunity to choose a better network without losing their original number.”
